About Art Times Magazine

The SA Art Times evolved from the SA Art Information Directory (2000) and was first published in January 2006 as a 8 page Monthly Newspaper, and has now grown into a daily broadcaster of news, images and information to stimulate the growth of the visual arts community. The Art Times focus is on a broad base of art lovers and arts community who love and are inspired by art. We pride ourselves not to become too niche but introduce and feed art lovers to enjoy a huge diversity of art scopes- in order to find either their particular niche, or simply enjoy our diversity of choice.

We have been blessed over the years to be able to have attracted a staff that are dedicated and enjoy publishing- as well as art advertisers who have generously advertised their arts practice. We would love you to engage with us, whether you are a Grade 10 learner, Professor of Fine Art or a seasoned art collector, we would like to know your tastes and inspirations of art so that we may enjoy them and share them with many others.
